HO HO HO - Xmas is coming and so is our new, limited edition Peppermint Flavoured Blooming Tea. 
 
Santa loves a good Blooming Tea so we've crafted the perfect one, with a bright red carnation flower nestled amongst the whole green tea leaves to remind us of those Christmas summer nights of bright red Pohutakawa flowers sitting in the trees.
 
What is Blooming Tea?
Blushing Tea blooming teas are handcrafted tea balls that unfurl into edible flowers when steeped, creating a visual tea experience
 
Each Blooming Tea Ball makes up to 10 cups
 of joy. Either use in one sitting by refilling your vessel with more hot water, or popping it into the fridge for another time
 
Ingredients - 10g per ball
 
Red Carnation Flower
Green Tea Buds
Peppermint Flavour
 
 
For The Perfect Brew
We recommend a tea cup or tea pot with a minimum width of 8cm and tall enough to pour water at least
 10cm high (remember the ball needs room to unfurl!)
Pop the Blooming Ball into your vessel and pour 100deg (boiling) fresh water slowly over the ball
Sit back and watch the ball unfurl and your flowers grow over 2-3 minutes
If the ball doesn't sink to the bottom or unfurl properly after 2-3 minutes, give the vessel a little swirl/jig to release any air bubbles that may be trapped inside the ball
leave another 2-3 minutes (or to your preference) for your preferred steep
