Shipping Policy
We get your Blushing Teas to you fast! We aim to send your package out the SAME day you order - as long as we are able to meet the deadline for our courier pick up time. Generally this is by 2pm with our local couriers but can sometimes vary.

We use the speedy service of NZ Post for our NZ customers. Generally it should be an overnight service but South Island can take an extra day. Rural can take a couple extra days as this goes through a few hands in the courier chain to get to our beautiful rural customers.

For Australian orders, we also use NZ Post on our end and then it hands over to your Australian Postal service. We aim to have speedy service also for Australia, but do find there can be delays once it hits Australia sometimes. Please check your tracking and if you have any issues or worries, please get in touch.
Return & Exchange Policy
As we provide perishable goods, we do not provide an exchange policy.

Although if you are unhappy with the quality of our teas (very unlikely), we would love to have a chat to see where we can help. Sometimes a Blooming Tea ball may not unfurl properly due to water temperature or a vessel that is too small (not enough room to open up), so we can easily talk you through this so you can have the upmost enjoyment out of your teas.

If we are unable to resolve your query, we are more than happy to provide a refund on the return of the products so we can see what's wrong. We want happy Blushing Tea customers!​
