Shipping Policy
We get your Blushing Teas to you fast! We aim to send your package out the SAME day you order - as long as we are able to meet the deadline for our courier pick up time. Generally this is by 3pm with our local couriers but can sometimes vary.
Delivery is then dependant on location within NZ, but usually arrive within 1 - 3 days max NZ wide (sometimes slightly longer for rural as this goes through a few hands to get to our beautiful rural customers)

We use a combination of Pass The Parcel (Post Haste) and NZ Post for our NZ customers, and NZ Post only for Australian customers.
Return & Exchange Policy
As we provide perishable goods, we do not provide an exchange policy.

Although if you are unhappy with the quality of our teas (very unlikely), we would love to have a chat to see where we can help. Sometimes a Blooming Tea ball may not unfurl properly due to water temperature or a vessel that is too small (not enough room to open up), so can easily talk you through this so you can have the upmost enjoyment out of your teas.

If we are unable to resolve your query, we are more than happy to provide a refund on the return of the products so we can see what's wrong. We want happy Blushing Tea customers!​
