Our flowers are large organic grade, hand picked and sustainably harvested Blue Lotus Flowers which are air dried in the sun.
 
As each Lotus is naturally hand selected from nature, there is always variations in size to each bloom.
 
For the perfect brew, you can pop your Blue Lotus into a cup or mug and steep with just boiled water for 5-8 minutes. You can reuse the flower for 2 - 3 cups, but just ensure a longer steep with each subsequent cup.
